Who are Next Step HR?
Kate Jenkinson loves coaching, poetry and badminton. She gets to do the coaching and poetry in her business Next Step HR where she helps organisations develop their neurodiverse talent through coaching and training, and as a conference poet she goes to events and makes them more memorable with her signature spoken word finales. She plays badminton for Bessacarr as their C team captain and is delighted to be sponsoring the women’s tournaments.
